Chrome opens an optional Google Forms survey so you can tell us why you removed SnapLine and what we could improve. Every question is optional, email collection is off, and you do not need to sign in. SnapLine does not attach league, account, browsing, or diagnostic data to the survey link. You can simply close the tab.

Detection depends on the website’s structure and Chrome’s extension permissions. It cannot guarantee every player. Footer mode provides an alternative on permitted webpages.

Auto mode falls back to a fixed footer ticker. You can also explicitly select Footer, or open “Ticker not displaying on this website? Click here” on the popup’s home page to point SnapLine at the player yourself.

Providers expose different data. ESPN can use labeled probability estimates; Yahoo probabilities appear when supplied. Sleeper has no win-probability rail. Available projections depend on the feed.

The current default background refresh interval is 60 seconds. Upstream feed delays, request failures and browser scheduling can affect when you see a change. Refresh scores on Home requests an update.

The provider may not have updated its feed, a request may have failed or authentication may need renewal. Check provider status and the stale-data indication; reconnect when requested.
