Information SnapLine accesses
- Yahoo Fantasy: OAuth access and refresh tokens, selected league identifiers, and read-only league, team, matchup, score, projection, roster, and display information.
- ESPN: ESPN session cookies used to make requests authorized by the signed-in user, plus fantasy league and matchup information.
- Sleeper: The username you enter and public league, roster, matchup, projection, and player information.
- Browser settings: enabled leagues, selected teams, website scope, display preferences, placement, and player sizing.
- Page information: page structure examined locally to detect video players. Website URL, title, sanitized HTML, and a screenshot are included in a support report only when you explicitly choose those options or attach the image.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate provider requests, retrieve read-only sports information, render and update the ticker, remember your choices, and diagnose connection or display problems. SnapLine does not use provider data to create advertising profiles, resell data, or train or ground artificial intelligence models.
Storage and retention
League, matchup, projection, player, and score snapshots may be cached in local extension storage for continuity. Yahoo tokens and configuration remain there until removed. Disconnecting a provider removes its cached leagues and extension-held credentials but does not sign you out of the provider website.
Support reports are generated locally and shared only when you copy, download, or submit them. Submitted reports contain the name and email you provide and may contain a screenshot you explicitly attach. Reports are retained for support, debugging, and feature planning under bounded backend retention.
Security and user controls
You can disable SnapLine globally, restrict it to selected websites, disable it for one site, remove leagues or providers, revoke Yahoo access from Yahoo, clear extension storage, or uninstall the extension. Optional final-score notifications require a separate Chrome permission. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
