Start with the symptom, check the likely cause, then try the smallest useful fix.
The ticker is missing
Separate disabled sources and site restrictions from a player-detection problem.
Wrong player or controls overlap
Choose the correct video target and controls bar when automatic attachment misses.
Ticker size, text or video fit
Fix oversized strips, tiny text, blocked broadcast graphics and awkward placement.
Provider disconnected or cannot connect
Recover Yahoo authorization, ESPN browser sessions and Sleeper username connections.
Missing league, matchup or team
Check account discovery, league enablement and matchup filters before reconnecting.
Scores are stale or different
Distinguish cached data, provider delays, projections and scoring corrections.
Missing projections, players or probability
Understand feed limitations and the Detailed/Simple setting without chasing nonexistent fields.
Rotation paused, pinned or skipping
Check playback controls and expected reveal timing before treating a stationary ticker as a failure.
Send a useful bug report
Capture the symptom, reproduction steps and consented context without exposing credentials.

Ticker doesn’t appear
Likely cause
The master switch is Off, the site is excluded, or no source is enabled.
Try this
Turn SnapLine On, check Settings website scope and the current-site mode, then enable a league with Show in ticker.
Still not working? Report a problemVideo player wasn’t detected
Likely cause
The page’s player structure does not match automatic detection.
Try this
Try Footer mode, or open current-site setup to choose the player target.
Still not working? Report a problemA fantasy league is missing
Likely cause
The wrong provider account, missing browser session or incorrect username can prevent discovery.
Try this
Open Providers and reconnect using the account that can access the league. Check ESPN in the same Chrome profile; check the Sleeper username.
Still not working? Report a problemScores seem stale
Likely cause
Provider requests failed or the upstream feed has not updated. Cached snapshots can remain visible.
Try this
Check the provider status, use Refresh scores on Home and reconnect if authentication is requested. A refresh cannot force an upstream score update.

Likely cause
Yahoo authorization can expire or be revoked; ESPN depends on a signed-in browser session.

Reconnect from Providers. For ESPN, sign in on its website in the same Chrome profile first.

The current placement, height or offset overlaps broadcast graphics.
Try this
Use Appearance: reduce Ticker height, adjust Vertical position or change Placement. Video fit can make room inside the player.

A saved player target or the site’s layout can conflict with the overlay.
Try this
Try Footer, reconfigure the current player, or use Off for that site. Include the site manually in a bug report if useful.

Feeds expose different projections, statistics and player identifiers.
Try this
Compare the provider guide. Missing fields are omitted; estimates are labeled. Report a discrepancy with the provider and the field you expected.

Native PiP displays the video separately from the webpage.

Watch in the page or use the page’s fullscreen player. SnapLine does not draw outside Chrome’s webpage surface.

Open Settings and choose Report a bug or request a feature, or use the website feedback form. Describe expected and actual behavior; optional page context and screenshots in the extension are your choice.
