SnapLine guide
Rotation paused, pinned or skipping
Check playback controls and expected reveal timing before treating a stationary ticker as a failure.
Swipe sideways to see all callouts
Rotation paused, pinned or skipping · Actual SnapLine UI · Fictional data- The active matchup can stay in view while player details reveal.
- Player highlights rotate within the matchup before the next matchup appears.
Check pause and pin
Reveal the ticker’s playback controls. If rotation is paused, use Resume rotation. If a matchup is pinned, release the pin. A pinned or paused matchup remaining in frame is expected behavior.
Check how much content is enabled
Open Leagues and inspect your filters. If only one eligible matchup remains, the ticker cannot rotate through matchups you excluded. Enable more leagues or test All matchups.
Give the reveal time to finish
Detailed mode shows scores first, then player context. Long headlines and player panels affect how long a matchup needs. Previous/next actions can queue transitions rather than jump instantly; avoid repeatedly clicking while the ticker is moving.
Check visible-tab behavior
Return to the visible video tab. Rotation pauses while the ticker is inactive or hidden and follows a shared playback timeline across visible tabs. A short first-party support/review/sponsorship announcement temporarily locks playback controls; normal rotation resumes afterward.
If it still happens
Tell us whether pause or pin was active, how many matchups were enabled, the Speed setting and whether the tab was visible. A short recording is useful. Collect the right information and send a report →
